Just a short note to say thank you for your kind donation to help fund the Crondall Weather website – it really is appreciated.

We are continually developing the site to provide a public service to not only the residents of Crondall and nearby towns, but as a general weather information and resources site for the world at large.

We’ve recently added a solar sensor to track intensity of sun, hours sunshine etc. as well as a UV sensor.

We’re planning on adding a comprenhesive Crondall based live lightning tracker later this year – currently we can measure the number of strikes within 25 miles of Crondall, but not a great deal more. Consequently we have to “borrow” the data – but the Finance committee has rejected this at the moment amid the turmoil in the financial markets.
