All our mugs are processed through a system known as sublimation, whereby the image changes from solid to gas and back to solid state again. The image is then protected under the Polymer coating which means your printed mug cannot fade.
All our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe but we do recommend hand washing to prolong the life.
Our mugs are shipped in a double walled smash proof box to make sure that they survive the journey through the mail system
